Frequent questions
Everything You Need to Know
Do I need previous experience for these activities?
No. Camel treks, quad and buggy rides and cooking classes are all suitable for beginners, and guides give a short briefing before you start. Tell us about any health or mobility concerns and we will suggest what fits.
What is included in the price?
It depends on the activity, so we confirm it in writing with your quote. As a rule the guide and the equipment needed are included; entrance fees to monuments, meals not mentioned and tips are not.
Are the activities private or shared?
Private. Like our tours, activities are arranged for you and the people you travel with, so the timing and pace are yours.
Can you customise an activity for us?
Yes. We can combine activities, change the duration, add them to one of our tours or plan something for a special occasion. Send us a message with what you have in mind.
How do I book an activity?
Send us a message on WhatsApp or by email with the activity, your date and the number of people. We reply with availability and a price, and nothing is charged for enquiring.
When is the best time for desert activities?
October to April is the most comfortable period in the Sahara. In summer, camel rides and quad tours run early in the morning and near sunset to avoid the heat.
